Russia says it struck Ukrainian ports as India protests deadly attack on MV Golden Leo

Russia said it carried out a series of strikes on Ukrainian port infrastructure and vessels in Odesa and Chornomorsk during July 2026, claiming that the targets supported Ukrainian military operations. Reuters said it could not independently verify Russia's claims.
