SpaceX approached AI coding startup Cognition about acquisition, CEO denies talks
SpaceX reportedly approached AI coding startup Cognition AI about a potential acquisition, which would have been its second major AI takeover following a $60 billion purchase of Cursor. Cognition CEO Scott Wu publicly denied the reports, stating the company is not for sale and hasn't engaged in such discussions.
