Sandoz agrees to $450 million settlement with 43 US states over generic drug price-fixing allegations
Swiss generic drugmaker Sandoz has reached a settlement agreement to pay $450 million to 43 US states and territories to resolve antitrust litigation alleging anti-competitive conduct and price manipulation in the generic medicines market. The settlement includes no admission of wrongdoing and will not affect the company's financial guidance.
