Zhibao signs $154.7 million Bitcoin-funded PIPE agreement
Zhibao Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: ZBAO), an InsurTech company, announced on July 31, 2026 that it has signed a definitive Securities Purchase Agreement with non-U.S. investors for a private investment in public equity (PIPE) financing to be paid in Bitcoin, with investors contributing 2,380 Bitcoin for company shares.
