Tokenization platform Securitize gained SEC investment adviser registration through its subsidiary, partnered with Uniswap Labs on permissioned trading pools for tokenized assets, and saw South Korea's Hanwha Group become its largest shareholder with a 9.6% stake.
Uniswap Labs announced Permissioned Pools, a new hook standard for Uniswap v4 that enables regulated trading of tokenized funds, equities, and other real-world assets through automated market makers with onchain compliance controls. The feature was developed in collaboration with Securitize, Superstate, and Dowgo.
