Flávio Bolsonaro formally nominated as the Liberal Party candidate for the Brazilian presidency

Brazilian Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, son of former President Jair Bolsonaro, officially launched his presidential candidacy for Brazil's October election at a Liberal Party convention in São Paulo on Saturday. Despite facing political scandals and trailing in polls against incumbent President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, he received international support from Argentine President Javier Milei and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
