North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui held high-level meetings in Moscow, including talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and a third strategic dialogue with Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. North Korean state media KCNA said the two sides reached consensus on all issues discussed and agreed to accelerate bilateral cooperation across multiple fields.
