Hundreds of thousands rally in Tehran in government-organized show of support for Iran
An estimated 300,000 Iranians participated in a state-organized rally in Tehran, pledging to take up arms and sacrifice their lives for the Islamic Republic. Participants trampled US and Israeli flags while chanting anti-American and anti-Israeli slogans in what was described as the largest such demonstration since the war began.
