A federal appeals court ruled Thursday that the Trump administration cannot proceed with terminating more than a dozen intelligence officers who were assigned to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, granting the officers an appeal victory.
John Brennan filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration on Wednesday seeking a court order to compel officials to preserve records from Justice Department investigations targeting him.
