U.S. District Judge Ada Brown, a Trump appointee, was ordered to undergo a psychiatric examination as part of a judicial misconduct investigation after she told Latino attorney Ezra Young during an April 24 hearing that he was intimidated by 'Black excellence' due to his 'White mediocrity' and called him a 'White savior.'
