Federal Judge Orders Pentagon to Resume Reviews of Stalled Onshore Wind Projects
A federal judge in Oregon ruled Thursday that the Department of Defense must end its freeze on reviewing onshore wind energy projects, delivering a legal setback to the Trump administration.
