Bolivia's VIVA partners with Avalanche-based Iris for stablecoin settlement and reserves
Latin American telecommunications company VIVA has partnered with Iris, an Avalanche-based platform led by former IBM Blockchain partner Jules Miller, to use stablecoins for settlement, dollar reserves, and new financial services without replacing existing telecom infrastructure.
