UK-listed Smarter Web Company PLC sold 177.89 bitcoin at an average price of $65,762 to repay its Smarter Convert instrument to TOBAM Group approximately two weeks ahead of maturity, avoiding potential dilution of over 7.7 million ordinary shares.
