Officials express hope that dozens of the 46 workers trapped in underground chambers at Nepal's Rasuwagadhi hydropower plant could still be alive more than a week after catastrophic flash floods swept through the Himalayan region. The disaster has killed over 1,200 people with nearly 4,200 missing, though rescue teams have saved 279 people from flooded hydropower projects.
