At least eight dead, 17 missing after ferry capsizes off northern Cyprus

A ferry carrying approximately 270 passengers and crew capsized off the coast of northern Cyprus, killing at least eight people with 17 still missing. The ship's captain and crew have been taken into custody as rescue operations continue.
