Federal prosecutor fired after investigating ICE officer for civil rights charges in Minnesota shooting
A federal prosecutor who planned to file civil rights charges against an ICE agent for shooting Venezuelan immigrant Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis in Minneapolis was fired after Trump administration officials blocked the charges. The agent was instead charged only with making false statements to investigators.
