Bitget Plans U.S. Market Entry Regardless of CLARITY Act Passage
Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget is preparing to enter the U.S. market through a regulated entity, with CEO Gracy Chen stating the expansion will proceed whether or not Congress passes the pending CLARITY Act. The Seychelles-registered exchange plans to seek necessary money-transmitter, derivatives, and broker-dealer licenses.
