Australian AI infrastructure firm Firmus has signed a multi-year deal with OpenAI to supply computing capacity from two Malaysian data centers. The agreement makes OpenAI an anchor customer and raises Firmus' contracted capacity to over 900 megawatts. Concurrently, Firmus is preparing for an IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange, scheduling investor meetings for the week of September 14, 2026. Valued at over $10.5 billion, Firmus also plans to deploy Nvidia's next-generation Vera Rubin processors.
