Democratic challenger Graham Platner is outraising and outspending incumbent Sen. Susan Collins in Maine's U.S. Senate race, having raised $16.3M to her $15.1M. Platner has spent $14.1M, double Collins' $7M, partly due to a primary race. However, Collins retains a large cash advantage with $10M on hand versus Platner's $2.2M. Outside groups have poured over $142M into the race, with GOP-aligned spending at $99M.
