Israeli drone strikes have struck targets in Gaza, killing municipal worker Mohanad Saada in Beit Lahiya and injuring multiple civilians, including a 13-year-old boy in Khan Younis and three people in Deir al-Balah. The strikes and ongoing artillery shelling violate an active ceasefire, under which 1,262 Palestinians have died since October 2025. The escalation follows Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's formal rejection of U.S. President Donald Trump's 15-point peace plan, which Hamas had accepted.
