Flash flood in Nepal and Tibet kills over 390, leaves nearly 1,500 missing including hundreds of foreign tourists

A catastrophic flash flood triggered by a glacial collapse along the Nepal-Tibet border on August 26, 2026, has killed at least 474 people and left more than 1,500 missing.
