Drone explosive attack plan

▪William Lee Spartacus Falkner communicated with other group members about his ability to manufacture, procure, and pilot drones, as well as tactics and explosives for the plot.
▪The conspirators planned to fly explosive-laden drones into the UFC event to force attendees to exit toward waiting co-conspirators armed with sniper rifles and other weapons.
▪Jordan W. Rincker accepted a 3D printer, a computer, weapons, and other items, and agreed to produce drone parts, though Jordan W. Rincker claimed he only wanted the printer to make crafts.

Weapons cache seizure

▪Investigators searching Jordan W. Rincker's home and storage unit recovered an FN Reflex 9-mm pistol, a 3D-printed Glock-style pistol, 3D-printed ammunition, night vision goggles, and 3D-printed gun parts.
▪Jordan W. Rincker gave a 12-gauge pump-action shotgun to co-conspirator Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez during an in-person meeting in Omaha, Nebraska.

Multi-state FBI investigation

▪Jordan W. Rincker accepted $1,200 in cash from Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez to disperse payments, including sending $100 to Bryan Omar Roa to drive to Washington, D.C., to pick up the drone operator.
