Encore AI raises $30 million to build AI agents from customer calls

Encore AI, a startup that builds AI agents from customer interactions, has raised $30 million in a Series A round led by Team8. The company's patented "Interaction Mining" technology analyzes calls and emails to train AI that can work autonomously or assist human staff. With over 40 enterprise clients, primarily in finance, the new funding will fuel its U.S. expansion.
