Autonomous trucking developer Gatik AI Inc. has raised $200 million in a Series D funding round led by the Qatar Investment Authority and Koch Disruptive Technologies. The capital will fund the expansion of Gatik's middle-mile driverless freight operations, which transport goods between distribution centers and retail stores. Gatik has secured over $600 million in contracted revenue and completed 85,000 driverless orders for major partners like PepsiCo, Walmart, and Loblaw. The company plans to grow its active fleet to more than 100 driverless trucks by the end of 2026.
