Stability AI raises $76 million from major record labels and AMD

Stability AI Ltd. has raised $76 million in a Series B funding round, bringing its total funding to $232 million. The round features an unusual consortium of backers, including Sony Music Group, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, AMD Ventures, and Electronic Arts. Led by CEO Prem Akkaraju, the startup plans to use the capital to expand its creative production tools.
