Russian missile and drone strikes killed more than a dozen people across multiple Ukrainian cities on Thursday, including a 12-year-old boy and a 35-year-old woman among three fatalities in Kyiv. The attacks wounded at least 18 people in Kyiv, 10 in Dnipro, five in Odesa, and two in Kharkiv, with at least four medics injured in repeated shelling. The strikes hit residential buildings, hotels, and office buildings across Kyiv's Podilskyi, Obolonskyi, and Desnyanskyi districts, causing fires and building collapses. Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko urged residents to remain in shelters as air raid warnings continued following the early morning attacks.
