CREATE Medicines raised $122 million in a funding round led by Newpath Partners, ARCH Venture Partners, and Hatteras Venture Partners to advance its CAR-T therapy candidates through human trials. The company, previously known as Myeloid Therapeutics until its fall 2025 rebrand, develops CAR-T therapies using myeloid cells designed to attack solid tumors and expanded into autoimmune disease research.
