Data center operators DayOne Data Centers and Switch have confidentially filed for initial public offerings in the United States, driven by surging demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure. Singapore-based DayOne aims to raise $5 billion at a potential $20 billion valuation as early as the fourth quarter of 2026, following a $4.5 billion Series C round in June. Meanwhile, Switch is reportedly targeting up to $10 billion in fundraising, which could value the company at nearly $80 billion including debt.
