Revolution Medicines presented additional positive clinical trial data for daraxonrasib, a next-generation KRAS-targeting drug for advanced pancreatic cancer, at the American Association of Cancer Research annual meeting in San Diego. The company shared both first-line and combination therapy data on Tuesday, building on previously reported breakthrough survival results. CEO Mark Goldsmith also presented preclinical data on RM-055, described as a novel class of catalytic inhibitors that represents the next iteration after daraxonrasib by molecularly turning off the cancer protein and blocking RAS signaling. Patient Leanna Stokes is currently enrolled in the daraxonrasib clinical trial, representing those who may benefit from this expanding class of KRAS-targeted therapies.
