Enterprise AI provider Yellow.ai has agreed to go public via a merger with SPAC Bluerock Acquisition Corp., valuing the combined entity at $550 million. Generating over $34 million in annual revenue, Yellow.ai plans to use the $200 million in expected proceeds to execute an unusual strategy: acquiring traditional business process outsourcing firms and automating their operations using its multi-LLM agentic platform. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
