Nearly 600,000 Customers Still Awaiting Trump Mobile Phones Nearly a Year After $100 Deposits, Prompting FTC Investigation Request
Democratic lawmakers have asked the Federal Trade Commission to investigate Trump Mobile, a venture launched by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump in June 2025, after approximately 590,000 customers paid $100 deposits totaling nearly $60 million for a $499 gold-plated smartphone that has yet to ship nearly a year later.
