Texas court slashes $50 million Alex Jones judgment over Sandy Hook hoax claims to $1.5 million
A Texas appeals court has reduced a $50 million judgment against Infowars founder Alex Jones to approximately $1.5 million over his false claims that the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting was a hoax. Jones still faces over $1 billion in other verdicts related to his Sandy Hook conspiracy theories.
