1Password launches Claude integration allowing AI to access stored credentials

1Password has launched an integration with Anthropic's Claude AI, allowing the agent to access stored credentials to complete tasks without ever seeing them. The "Agentic Mode" uses a zero-exposure framework, injecting passwords and MFA codes via a secure channel. Access is granted per-task with user approval via biometrics, and the system locks down all other credentials. The feature is now available for 1Password users on Mac.
