Nvidia announced the RTX Spark chip on June 1, 2026, marking its entry as a complete PC chipmaker competing with Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm. The flagship Arm-based chip features 20 CPU cores, 6,144 GPU cores, and 128GB of LPDDR5X memory. Nvidia partnered with Microsoft to launch the Surface Ultra laptop, with RTX Spark devices available in fall 2026. The chip is based on the GB10 from Nvidia's 2025 DGX Spark personal AI supercomputer.
