A Russian soldier killed four people—one soldier and three civilians—and wounded four others in a shooting rampage in the occupied Crimean village of Khmelnytske. The Moscow-installed governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, confirmed the attacker was detained. The civilian victims were two men, 71 and 59, and a 64-year-old woman. The motive for the attack is under investigation.
