Cédric Jubillar, a Frenchman sentenced to 30 years in prison in October 2025 for the murder of his wife Delphine, has confessed to the crime from jail. Delphine disappeared in December 2020, and her body was never found. In a letter to his lawyers, Jubillar admitted to killing her during a dispute and moving her body. He has promised to lead investigators to her remains, a development expected to postpone his upcoming September 2026 appeal trial.
